The Service

We provide tools that generate hotel feasibility studies, including Excel financial models and PowerPoint reports, based on the inputs you supply and, where selected, AI-assisted estimates for missing data points.

Accounts & Eligibility

You must provide accurate information when creating an account and are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity under your account. The Service is intended for business and professional use.

Orders, Pricing & Payment

Prices are shown on the pricing page and are charged per study unless stated otherwise. Payment is due at the time of purchase. We may update pricing at any time, but changes do not affect orders already placed.

Refunds

Because each study is generated to order, fees are generally non-refundable once a report has been produced. If you experience a technical problem with a delivered report, contact us and we will work to resolve it.

Intellectual Property

The Service, including its software, design, and content, is owned by Hotel Feasibility Study Software or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of the input data you submit and of the reports generated for you, subject to these Terms.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Service, including by attempting to disrupt it, access it without authorisation, reverse engineer it, or use it for unlawful purposes.

No Investment Advice

Feasibility studies, financial models, and reports generated by the Service are provided for informational purposes only and do not constitute financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. Outputs depend on the inputs and assumptions provided and may include AI-generated estimates. You are responsible for independently verifying results before relying on them for any decision.

Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and accuracy of results.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hotel Feasibility Study Software will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or business arising from your use of the Service.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Service if you breach these Terms or use the Service in a way that could cause harm or legal exposure.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Hotel Feasibility Study Software operates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Changes to These Terms
